We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Fitloop account, please follow the instructions below.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your Fitloop account:
- Open the Fitloop mobile app on your device
- Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner of the home screen
- This will open the Settings page
- Scroll to the bottom
- Tap on Delete Account
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm deletion
⚠️ Important: Deleting your account does NOT cancel any active subscriptions. You must cancel your subscription separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to avoid continued billing.
What Data is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your user profile information (name, email, etc.)
- All workout history and progress data
- Custom routines and programs you've created
- Exercise notes and personal records
- Health app integration preferences
- Any uploaded photos or media
Data Retention
For legal and safety purposes, we may retain certain information:
- Anonymized workout data for app improvement (no personal identifiers)
- Transaction records if you made any purchases (required by law)
- Communications with our support team for service quality
Deletion Timeline
- Account deletion requests are processed immediately
- Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days
- You cannot recover your account after deletion is complete
