I created this to do after a martial arts class, so it isn't too over the top in terms of effort. 
Do 3 times per week, alternating A & B. 
Because it is after a class which is different every time, don't get hung up on the kgs.

Squat · Overhead Press · Deadlift

### B Workout

- 3 × 5 Squat - Barbell
- 3 × 5 Overhead Press
- 3 × 5 Deadlift - Barbell
