A short skill practice session focused on building balance awareness and core engagement — the foundation for all future skill work. We'll move through wrist prep, basic balance holds, and core stability drills to develop body control without accumulating fatigue.

## Wrist & Joint Warm-Up

- 1 × 30s Wrist Forward and Back Bends
- 1 × 30s Finger Flexion and Extension
- 1 × 10 Scapular Shrug

## Balance Skill Practice

- 3 × 15s Single-Leg Balance
- 3 × 10s Frog Stand

## Core Engagement

- 3 × 20s Bodyline Stability Drill
- 3 × 15s Hollow Body Hold
- 3 × 8 Dead Bug

## Cool Down

- 1 × 30s Shoulder Extension Stretch
- 1 × 10 Pelvic Tilt
- 1 × 20s Backbend (Shoulder Bridge)
