- 1 × 8-12 Press-ups
- 1 × 8-12 Iron Back (or Bulgarian Bag Clean-and-press)
- 1 × 8-12 Power Snatch
- 1 × 8-12 Weighted Frog Hop (or Jump Squat)
- 1 × 8-12 Hammer Curls
- 1 × 8-12 Tricep Extensions
