How to Perform

    Start on all fours with wrists under shoulders and knees under hips.

    Inhale and arch your back, dropping your belly toward the floor (Cow). Exhale and round your spine toward the ceiling (Cat).

  3. 3

    Hold each position for a breath, flowing smoothly between them for the prescribed reps.
