How to Perform

    Extend your arms in front of you at shoulder height.

    Spread your fingers wide apart, extending them fully.

  3. 3

    Hold the extended position for 2-3 seconds.

  4. 4

    Make a tight fist, flexing all fingers completely.

  5. 5

    Hold the fist for 2-3 seconds.

  6. 6

    Repeat the extension and flexion cycle 10-15 times.

  7. 7

    This exercise helps warm up the hands and forearms before training.
