    Lie prone on T-bar row machine pad.

    Adjust for height.

  3. 3

    Grasp handles (various grips possible).

    Arms extended.

    Exhale, pull handles towards chest.

  6. 6

    Retract shoulder blades, drive elbows back.

  7. 7

    Squeeze back.

  8. 8

    Inhale, lower slowly.

  9. 9

    Repeat.
