How to Perform

    Sit machine facing pad, adjust seat.

    Chest against pad.

    Grip handles palms inward.

    Start arms slightly bent front.

    Pull handles outward/backward wide arc.

  6. 6

    Keep slight elbow bend.

  7. 7

    Squeeze shoulder blades.

  8. 8

    Return slowly.

  9. 9

    Repeat.
