Calves
Sit in leg press machine.
Place balls of feet on lower edge of platform, heels hanging off.
Extend legs fully (knees slightly bent, not locked).
Release safety bars.
Lower heels by flexing ankles, stretching calves.
Push through balls of feet to extend ankles fully, flexing calves.
Hold peak contraction.
Slowly lower heels back down.
Repeat. Secure safety bars when finished.
