How to Perform

    Stand tall, feet shoulder-width.

    Hold dumbbell each hand, arms extended, palms facing forward (supinated grip).

  3. 3

    Keep elbows tucked close to torso.

  4. 4

    Exhale, curl dumbbells upward towards shoulders, keeping upper arms stationary.

  5. 5

    Squeeze biceps at top.

  6. 6

    Inhale, slowly lower dumbbells back to start.

  7. 7

    Repeat.
