How to Perform

    Stand tall, feet shoulder-width.

    Hold barbell with close underhand grip (palms up), hands few inches apart.

  3. 3

    Keep elbows tucked close to torso.

  4. 4

    Start arms fully extended.

  5. 5

    Exhale, curl bar upward towards shoulders, keeping upper arms stationary.

  6. 6

    Squeeze biceps at top.

  7. 7

    Inhale, slowly lower bar back to start.

  8. 8

    Repeat.
