How to Perform

  1. 1

    Stand facing box/bench, hold dumbbell each hand, arms at sides.

  2. 2

    Place right foot fully onto box.

  3. 3

    Push through right heel to step up, bringing left foot onto box.

  4. 4

    Keep torso upright.

  5. 5

    Step down with left foot, then right foot.

  6. 6

    Repeat, leading with same foot for desired reps, then switch.

  7. 7

    Maintain control.
