How to Perform

    Lie face down on leg curl machine.

    Adjust pad just below calves.

    Legs fully extended.

    Grip handles.

    Exhale, curl legs up towards glutes by bending knees.

  6. 6

    Keep thighs on pad.

  7. 7

    Hold contraction.

  8. 8

    Inhale, slowly lower legs.

  9. 9

    Repeat.
