How to Perform

    Sit low pulley row machine.

    Attach single handle.

    Grasp handle left hand.

    Sit upright, arm extended.

    Pull handle to torso.

    Retract shoulder blade, drive elbow back.

  7. 7

    Squeeze back.

  8. 8

    Return slowly.

    Repeat reps, switch arms.
