How to Perform

    Stand feet shoulder-width.

    Hold DB right hand.

    Bend slightly hips/knees.

    Brace right elbow against inner right thigh.

    Arm extended down.

    Curl DB up towards shoulder.

  7. 7

    Keep upper arm still.

  8. 8

    Squeeze bicep.

    Lower slowly.

    Repeat reps, switch arms.
