How to Perform

    Sit lat pulldown machine.

    Grasp wide bar, overhand grip wider than shoulders.

    Lean back slightly, chest up.

    Pull bar down to upper chest.

  5. 5

    Drive elbows down/back.

  6. 6

    Squeeze back.

  7. 7

    Return slowly.

  8. 8

    Repeat.
