How to Perform

    Lie flat on back.

    Bend knees, bring soles of feet together, let knees fall out (butterfly).

    Partner gently holds knees.

  4. 4

    PNF: Try to squeeze knees together against partner resistance 10s.

  5. 5

    Relax. Partner gently presses knees closer to floor. Hold 15-30s.

  6. 6

    Communicate comfort.
