How to Perform

    Attach bar to low pulley.

    Lie flat on back on floor/mat, feet towards machine.

  3. 3

    Grasp bar underhand grip, shoulder-width.

  4. 4

    Arms extended, elbows tucked.

  5. 5

    Keeping upper arms stationary, curl bar towards chest.

  6. 6

    Squeeze biceps.

  7. 7

    Slowly lower bar back.

  8. 8

    Repeat.
