How to Perform

    Lie prone on flat/incline bench, chest supported.

  2. 2

    Hold DB one hand, neutral grip, arm hanging down.

  3. 3

    Support self with free hand.

  4. 4

    Slight elbow bend. Raise DB out to side in arc.

  5. 5

    Lift until arm parallel to floor.

  6. 6

    Squeeze shoulder.

  7. 7

    Lower slowly.

  8. 8

    Repeat reps, switch arms.
