How to Perform

    Stand facing sturdy box, feet shoulder-width.

    Lower into quarter squat, swing arms back.

  3. 3

    Jump explosively up and forward onto box.

  4. 4

    Swing arms forward for momentum.

  5. 5

    Land softly on box center, knees bent.

  6. 6

    Step down carefully.

  7. 7

    Repeat.
