Can I turn the AI Coach on or off?

Go to Settings > Coach to control: Coach Messages — toggle the daily message on your home screen on or off Daily Notification — control whether you get a push notification with your coach message each morning You can have the message show on your home screen without getting a push notification, or turn both off entirely.

How does AI workout generation work?

Fitloop+ lets you generate custom workouts with AI in two ways: From a program path — when you follow a personalized plan, each day's workout is AI-generated based on your goals, equipment, experience level, and where you are in the program From the FAB button — tap the "+" button and describe what you want (e.g. "30 minute push workout, bodyweight only") and the AI builds a complete routine Generated workouts use exercises from Fitloop's curated library, so every exercise has proper instructions and progression tracking.

Personalized plans are AI-generated 28-day training programs tailored to your goals, equipment, and experience level. The AI designs a structured 4-week plan with: Progressive difficulty across weeks Balanced rest days Workouts matched to your available equipment Focus areas aligned with your goals (strength, muscle, flexibility, skills) Each day's workout is generated when you're ready to train, using exercises from the Fitloop library. Plans are available with Fitloop+.
