For example, a "Push/Pull/Legs Split" program would contain separate routines for push day, pull day, and leg day. You follow the routines in order, and the program keeps track of where you are. Programs are the best way to organize your training when you have multiple workouts per week.

How do I create a program?

Creating a program requires a Plus subscription. To create one: Tap the "+" button to open the browse panel Tap "Create Program" Fill in the title, description, and optionally pick a cover image from the built-in Unsplash search Tap "Add Routine" to add routines — you can add multiple and drag to reorder them Tap Save when you're done Your program will appear in your library and you can start following it right away.

Can I edit or delete a program?

Yes, but only programs you created. Editing lets you: Change the title, description, and cover image (via Unsplash search) Reorder routines within the program Add or remove routines To delete a program, open it and tap the three-dot menu in the top right, then choose Delete. You'll be asked to confirm before anything is removed. Warning: Deleting a program permanently deletes all routines inside it. Make sure you've moved any routines you want to keep before deleting.

How do I duplicate a program?

Tap the menu (three dots) on any program and choose Duplicate. This creates a complete copy of the program including all its routines. Duplicating programs requires a premium subscription.

Can I share a program?

Yes! Tap the share button on any program to send a link. Anyone with the link can: View your program and its routines Bookmark it for easy access Duplicate it to their own library (requires premium) Other users cannot edit your program — they only get a read-only view.
